Who we are
CKM Health Alliance, LLC is a group of nationally experienced healthcare professionals. Our focus is in developing and implementing innovative programs to generate improvement in health outcomes. Our team includes subject matter experts who have developed innovative, cost effective and culturally appropriate programs for health plans, outpatient providers, acute facilities and home care.
